At Onami TCG, we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, product drops, or custom order requests. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping method, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Onami TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at onamitcg.support@gmail.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Onami TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also contact us at onamitcg.support@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at onamitcg.support@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by location.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.


Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
