Custom Orders

Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom order details before submitting payment, including spelling, images, artwork, design choices, and shipping information.
Onami TCG is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after an order has been approved or placed.
